Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Reality 2X Productions, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients while maintaining fairness and protecting our business. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Notice Requirement:

    • Cancellations must be made at least 2 days prior to the scheduled service or booking to avoid fees.
  2. Late Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made less than 2 days before the appointment will result in forfeiture of any upfront payments made.
  3. No-Shows:

    • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in forfeiture of any upfront payments made.
  4. Rescheduling:

    • Clients may reschedule their appointment 3 days in advance without penalty. Rescheduling requests made after this time may be subject to a fee.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refunds will be issued for cancellations made in accordance with our notice requirement.
    • Refunds are not available for late cancellations, no-shows, or services already rendered.
  2. Processing Refunds:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 days to the original payment method.
  3. Non-Refundable Deposits:

    • Deposits for services are non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by Reality 2X Productions.
  4. Final Payments:

    • Final payments are due upon the completion of services. Transfer of final goods will only occur once payment is received unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Protection Against Fraud and Abuse

  1. Chargebacks:

    • Any attempts to dispute or reverse legitimate charges through the chargeback process without valid cause will be considered fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover funds and associated costs.
  2. Debit and Credit Card Fraud:

    • To protect against fraudulent activity, all payments are subject to verification. Reality 2X Productions may request additional identification or documentation to validate a transaction.
  3. Dispute Resolution:

    • Any payment disputes must be submitted in writing to reality2xproductions@gmail.com within 3 days of the transaction. We will review and respond within 14 business days.

Cancellation by Reality 2X Productions

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, staff availability). In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule without penalty.
